Residential Cabinetry Design Services – Hourly Rate
Our custom cabinetry design services are available on an hourly basis to provide flexible, client-centered solutions tailored to your unique needs. This billing structure is ideal for remodeling projects with evolving scopes, smaller renovations, or homeowners seeking professional cabinetry guidance on specific design aspects without committing to a full-service package.
Services May Include:
- In home/Zoom design consultation and needs assessment
- Initial cabinet design proposal including floor plan(s), elevations and 3-D renderings
- Cabinet design revisions and updates, as needed
- Coordination with contractors and trades
- Site visits and cabinet design oversight
- Custom cabinetry and millwork designs as required for installation
- Final cabinet design package (PDFs of floor plan(s), elevations and renderings) to be emailed to client once payment for services to paid
Billing Details:
- Hourly Rate: contact us for details
- Invoicing: Issued monthly with descriptions of time spent
- Retainer/Deposit: May be required to initiate work, depending on scope of project

Residential Cabinetry Design Services – Project Based
Our custom cabinetry design services are also available for a fixed, lump sum fee—ideal for clients who prefer cost predictability and a clearly defined scope of work from the start. This approach is well-suited for full-home cabinet designs, new home construction, renovations, or any project where the scope is well-established in advance.
Services May Include:
- One (1) hour in-home or Zoom design consultation and needs assessment
- Initial cabinet design proposal including floor plan(s), elevations and 3-D renderings
- One (1) cabinet design revision and update included
- One (1) site visit at time of cabinetry install to meet with installer and answer layout and design questions
- Detailed cabinetry and millwork designs as required for installation
- Final cabinet design package (PDFs of floor plan(s), elevations and renderings) to be emailed to client once payment for services to paid
Billing Details:
- Lump Sum Fee: Based on the scope, size, and complexity of the project
- Change Management: Any additions or significant revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate
